San Luis Garbage

In 1904, the Rizzoli family founded San Luis Garbage and started serving the community of San Luis Obispo with a horse drawn wagon.

Today, San Luis Garbage, South County Sanitary, Mission Country Disposal and Morro Bay Garbage all work together to provide top-tier, non-hazardous solid waste collection, recycling, and landfill disposal services for businesses, industries, municipalities, and homes in SLO County, using advanced recycling technology and a state-of-the art dry anaerobic facility to divert waste from the landfill and create useful products for our community.
